We recognize that the strongest predictor of successful outcomes for clients is a strong, open and trusting relationship. To that end, our goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment in which clients feel safe to explore life struggles and grow in their capacity to address them by being mindful and flexible. We believe in collaborating with our clients to provide a space for active change both in perspective and action. Therefore, we set goals with clients early on and then teach self-awareness through mindfulness in order to track progress.
